The Institute holds its annual meeting of the Board of Directors.
The meeting agenda consisted of reviewing the Corporate Bylaws, 2020 Statement of Financial Activities and approving the 2021 budget, as well as other annual state and federal requirements and filings of The Board. The meeting was held in accordance with all COVID-19 related restrictions.
