The Institute held its annual meeting of the Board of Directors.
The meeting agenda consisted of reviewing the Corporate Bylaws, 2021 Statement of Financial Activities and approving the 2022 budget, as well as other annual state and federal requirements and filings of The Board. The meeting was held in accordance with all COVID-19 related restrictions.
